Once at your property, the surveyor will fill out an efficiency survey. During this stage we gather as much information about your property as possible. Our focus is to understand the structure, design, and layout of your property.
This stage will also require us to understand daily
habits of the occupants so solutions are tailored specifically to your
needs and within your budget.
2. Number Crunch
Upon completion of the survey, our software solutions will
analyse the data to calculate various types of metrics. A report then is produced,
giving you detailed insight about your property.
3. Discuss & Decide
During this stage we present a number of solutions and work that can be performed to improve your property's performance. We also offer consultations with our senior engineers if you are not sure how to move forward
4. Perform Upgrades
Once the work has been agreed on, depending on the type of work, it will either be performed by us, or one of our partners.
